And the winners are....
What a lovely time we had at our EADT Suffolk food & Drink Awards 2011!
Sponsored once again by Adnams and held in the wonderful surroundings of the West Wing at Ickworth, food producers, retailers and restaurateurs from all over the county gathered to celebrate Suffolk's burgeoning food and drink industry.
After a delicious lunch of guinea fowl with braised cabbage and mushroom and confit potatoes followed by apple crumble tart with dairy ice cream, served up by West Wing head chef Ian Howell, the room settled down to the business of the day - the handing out of the awards!
